My Projects
Here are some personal projects I've worked on. You might find a bit more on my GitHub profile (mostly related to WordPress) but these are the most presentable ones.
Emed
Emed is a terminal code editor with an IDE-like layout: file explorer, tabbed editor, and embedded terminal. It's focused on simplicity, no initial setup, and predictable shortcuts.
PicoTap
PicoTap is a macOS utility focused on simply controlling the audio output device. It avoids heavy dependencies and uses system tools to keep resource usage low.
PicoJSX
PicoJSX is a small library that implements JSX and a virtual DOM in less than a thousand lines of code. It was born as an experiment to better understand how frontend frameworks work. This site is built with PicoJSX.
Pico-xbar
Pico-xbar is a tool for the macOS menu bar, inspired by xbar but with a simpler and lighter approach. I made it to solve a specific problem in my daily workflow.
PicoClip
PicoClip is a macOS app that allows combining video clips, reordering them, trimming, and exporting as a single file. It uses SwiftUI for the interface and FFmpeg for processing.
OxyPowerPack
OxyPowerPack was an Add-On for Oxygen Builder (now called Oxygen Classic) that I commercially released in 2019. From this project, I learned how complex it is to maintain a commercial product and keep it afloat. Although my family and I lived off it for a while, I can't say it was a commercial success. However, I learned a lot.
